Tony Garcia, President

A leading creative force in fitness entertainment technology, Tony entered the fitness industry in 1989 with the invention and introduction of the first wireless fitness entertainment system. After a successful decade as vice president of a competitive fitness entertainment company he departed in 2001 to start Enercise and develop much needed advances in fitness entertainment technology. The innovative Enercise products were such a phenomenal success Cardio Theater/ClubCom acquired Enercise in 2003. Enercise products continue to be marketed and distributed under the Cardio Theater brand name now owned by Precor Inc. Products developed by Tony over the last 15 years have resulted in over $100 million in sales. 

Glenn R. Miller, Chief Financial Officer

Glenn brings over fifteen years of financial management and executive leadership experience. For the past nine years Glenn held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and President of Answer Products, Inc., a global supplier of engineered components for the premium off road bicycle industry. During his tenure at Answer, Glenn led the 30 year old company to record performance in sales and profits by implementing a new business model built around a global sourcing and distribution network, aggressive investment in product development, lean manufacturing principles and ultimately engineering the successful sale of the company to a private equity firm. Prior to Answer, Glenn was the Director of Finance and Administration for a $100M Division of Aerospace contractor Vickers Inc. Glenn is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. 

Frank McDonald, Vice President of Operations

Frank brings over 10 years of leadership and experience in fitness entertainment system development and technical support. During his tenure as general manger of operations for a major fitness entertainment company, Frank was responsible for managing multiple aspects of the business and brings extensive knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, technical support, customer service and product development. 

Laura Garcia, Director of Network Content

Laura brings over 15 years of sales and management experience in health and fitness. An integral part of the sales and marketing team that launched Enercise, Laura worked through two acquisitions by Cardio Theater/ClubCom and Precor. During this time Laura managed international distribution, domestic sales and new business development. 

Ralph Cissne, Director of Marketing

A marketing and communications veteran with over 30 years of diversified consumer and business-to-business experience, Ralph has created brand development and strategic campaigns for many leading fitness companies beginning with the launch of StairMaster Sports/Medical Products in 1984. Ralph directed the StairMaster program through 1992 and his creative team has since developed successful marketing campaigns for fitness industry clients including American Service Finance, Paramount Fitness Corp., Sportsmith, Enercise and eFit Financial.

Richard Wolpert

A pioneer in consumer digital media and entertainment for the last 20 years, Richard also founded Chance Technologies, Inc., a technology development and investment portfolio focused on technologically driven entertainment ventures. From 2000–2005 Richard served as Chief Strategy Officer of RealNetworks. During this time he led the RealNetworks transition from a technology company to a consumer services/digital media company. He operated the RealNetworks consumer businesses and grew them, in under two years, from a run rate of under $100M to profitable businesses with a run rate of more than $250M. In addition to his RealNetworks executive responsibilities, Richard was the key deal person on RealNetworks largest transactions including the $761M settlement with Microsoft, a joint venture with three of the worlds largest music labels, and the acquisition of Listen.com/Rhapsody. From 1996–1998 Richard served as president of Disney Online, where he was responsible for the business and creative strategy for the company.
